Disputes

If you think a prospect was the wrong fit, you show they were outside the audience you agreed, and that is the whole test. If they were outside it, the call is not billable and you do not pay for it.

How it works

Every prospect arrives with a receipt, the evidence for why they fit, so you dispute the fit and not a score you cannot see. The receipt carries the person, the line of your brief they matched, the evidence with its date, the stage, the angle, the opening, and the dispute test. Every fact on it was known at or before the moment she admitted the person.

It is a rule, not a reassurance: one test, written down, that either of us can apply. You never have to argue with a model. Billing works the same way, because a completed call is a fact either of us can point at.
