Case studies
Real sellers and real deals. Losses as much as wins.
How we write them
Each one follows the same shape, like a chess game review.
- The seller: who they are, in one line.
- The problem: what kept going wrong.
- The moment: the point where deals turned, shown with a real plan or message.
- What changed: the one habit or move.
- What happened next: the numbers, from the ledger.
- In their words: one quote.
Each is drafted from what we observed, with buyers anonymised. Nobody is named before they agree in writing.
The case studies
The first case studies are being drafted.
