Memory
Yes: each prospect's receipt keeps what she knows about them, from the line of your brief they matched and the evidence with its date to the stage, the angle and the opening. When she schedules a meeting, she hands your seller everything she knows, in writing.
How it works
Behind that, Shannon is built to keep a record of every decision she takes, with what was known at the time, the options in front of her, the one taken and how likely it was. Your brief stays with her: every later decision she makes reads it. She is on every call, not just the first, and stays with your seller through the conversation. After the call, it is wrapped up and the plan for the next call is drafted.
When that record goes live, outcomes will be credited to the steps that caused them along the account's history. Every fact on a receipt was known at or before the moment she admitted the person.
The facts
- The decision record is built to hold what was known at the time, the options served, the one drawn and its probability.
- She is on every call, not just the first.
- A receipt only carries facts known at or before the moment she admitted the person.
What we do not do yet
The decision record is built and not yet live, so we do not claim that she learns from outcomes until a measured check shows it.
