Communication quality
Each opening is written for one person and sits on their receipt, next to the line of your brief they matched and the evidence with its date, and one of our researchers sends it from a real account. She then reads each reply, works out what it means and drafts the answer.
How it works
Buyers have had enough of outreach that misses them: 73% of B2B buyers avoid suppliers who send irrelevant outreach. So every later decision she makes reads your brief, which says who you want in the room and who you do not. The opening sits on each prospect's receipt, next to the line of your brief they matched and the evidence with its date.
Our researchers run Shannon on your brief, so a person on our team sends what she writes. When a buyer replies, she places their problem on one of five rungs from their own words: Latent, Acknowledged, Quantified, Owned, Urgent. Each rung has a question that moves the buyer up one rung, and she picks that one question.

What we do not do yet
We do not yet claim that her reading of a buyer's behaviour beats the level at which people agree with each other, and that claim stays on the roadmap until a measured check shows it.
