Organisation context
Shannon learns your business in one conversation, where you sell it to her the way you would sell it to a buyer. That conversation becomes the brief, who you want in the room and who you do not, and every later decision she makes reads it.
How it works
Our researchers run Shannon on your brief: she finds the buyers, qualifies them, opens the conversation and schedules the meeting. Every receipt names the line of your brief the prospect matched, so you can see your own words at work.
She works at two layers, with each seller and with management across the sellers. As a manager, you see every seller's calls, preparation and outcomes in one room, and who needs help and when. You can set a maximum commitment for each seller, or one for the team.
The facts
- The brief comes from one conversation in which you sell her your business.
- She admits only the candidates inside the brief.
- Each receipt carries the line of your brief the person matched.
